Neal Stoughton

Professor Stoughton is an authority on corporate finance, strategic financial management and pension fund management from the corporate point of view. His latest research focuses on the investment management industry and the relationship between investors and advisory services.

Dr. Stoughton has particular expertise in risk management, mergers and acquisitions, capital structure, managerial compensation, transfer pricing and optimal portfolio manager fee schedules. He is a consultant in the area of legal issues, banking, and economic valuation.

Professor Stoughton has written papers on risk management, corporate financial structure, transfer pricing and optimal portfolio management contracts.
